WAYS WE HELP

Ambulance service for the public:

• Early 2024 an ambulance service is started for the public. It provides hospital carriage to the patients at a nominal cost and is free for those who can't afford it.

Monthly support for orphans:

• Baitul Bir has around 50 orphans on the list (2024) who are provided food and other support.

Support for extremely poor:

• Food and other support is provided to persons who are unable to earn their living because of disability or age.

Sewing Machines for Women:

• We have distributed many sewing machines to needy women. They are successfully using those machines and some have been able to return their machine loan partially in installments.

Women Development Centre:

• The establishment of a women's development center is in progress. The initial plan is to teach women tailoring. Other handicrafts teaching will be added later on. 

Small Business Development:

• Loans have been given to many men for starting small businesses like, vegetable shops, barbershops, motorbike mechanics, and ice cream shop.

Education Sponsorship:

• A few orphans and other good students have been financed. Some of them are at the school level and some at the university level.

Transgender Support:

• Baitul Bir provides support to transgender to become useful and respectable members of society.

• Arranging various training programs like computer skills, beautification skills, and other secretarial works

• A plan is under development to establish a 24-hour boarding school for young sexually disabled children.
